Love this hotel!!! Awesome location, very nice inside, beds are super comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful! It also has a lift, which is great when u donā€™t pack light:-) They do not 24 reception so if you are arriving early or late you will just need to make arrangements.

This was a very unique and private property. The entrance was unsuspecting but easy to find. Once you went up the elevator and entered the guest services desk we were warmly welcomed. The room was very clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. We could not hear any street noise and had a pretty city view.

The property is in an excellent location. Walkable to many dining options and close to a lot of sight seeing. The suites are a little hard to find once you arrive and you have to go up the oldest and smallest elevator which was an Experience in itself! more directions prior Would have been helpful but overall itā€™s a great place for a quick trip in Rome!

Excellent hotel

One night stay in Rome before kicking off to the cruise ship. This was our first time in Rome. Amazing hotel! Had a great view, the ceiling is amazing, and the space was large and super clean. Super quiet had no problem sleeping at night, nor in the middle of the day nap as we were jet lagged getting here. The staff when we got here to check in, was so wonderful and inviting. This is definitely a place I am saving in my favorites to come back to again. Super great location, everything was very within walking distance. Newly married couple in our mid/upper 30s.

A five star experience in a well priced four star type property. Getting into place the first time is a bit of a challenge - street level passcode, up a flight of stairs to an old style elevator up to fifth floor - but once there, it's a lovely boutique property. Clean and front desk clerk very helpful.

Only stayed one night but stay was fantastic. Front desk was very helpful in checking in, handling luggage early and planning transportation for us to the airport. Additional drinks/etc. that were already in the room were a bonus. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was great, the location was awesome to walk to everything. There was a first foyer with security at the door so safety was wonderful. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful with the luggage, assisted with tourist questions and walked me to my taxi to assure I was all set. Great stay and great staff. Such a great stay at a new property!

Amazing Hotel!!

This Hotel did not disappoint!! Exceptional! Staff, very friendly courteous and helpful! Great location and very easy to get to main attractions. We were there for eight days and we are so excited we will be returning there in a few days for another 3 nights! This little hotel was perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location to walk to all the sights. Staff was lovely although not there all the time. Room was nice and great AC. An iron, water, coffee was provided daily. Our bathroom pocket door was difficult to close all the way, but otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

There are better options for staying in the center of Rome. the location is good and the bed is comfy but otherwise there is no reason to stay here. We could hear our very loud neighbors early in the morning. The maintenance of the room was lacking, i.e. toilet seat, shower soap dish, lighting etc.

I would absolutely give this place a solid 4.5. If they fix some minor things, it truly would be 5 stars. The staff, the location, the amenities are amazing. The rooms show a bit of wear and tear that could easily be addressed. If those were fixed, Iā€™d give it 5 stars.
