"Nice facilities, can tell it was renovated. The shuttle service was great, 24-7 that I could tell. My main complaint was the noise. The room farthest down the hall was also nearer to the Van Wyck Expy, and people were racing at midnight. There were random clangs and loud noises in the middle of the night outside too, like heavy items in a dumpster. Nice room but very noisy!"

"The toilet dis not flush— no jiggling could work so I had to take off the tank cover to lift the thing. What’s scary is housekeeping had to know this if they had actually cleaned the toilet after the prior guest. Never again "

"I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot."

"We booked a wheelchair accessible room and the women at the desk gave us a regular room on the second floor assuring us that it was the right room. It was clearly not. The second night we asked for the accessible room with a shower that my friend could use. The women again clearly seeing my friend was in a wheelchair gave us a room that was partly wheelchair accessible but was not in that it was very snug for him to be able to move around in his chair and it had a tub. This place is not somewhere i would return. The bathroom had hair in the corner. The women in the evening had an attitude and was rude. "
