Wish I could have stayed longer. Clean, well decorated - feels brand new. Wonderful breakfast. I used to book with Holiday Inn for the breakfast but this was hands down a better value. Thanks for the ongoing access to coffee, tea and hot cocoa.

We stayed one night and will definitely be back. The room was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The common area/bar was also well maintained and comfortable for our family to visit with us. The location is excellent, easy on and off the highway and there are plenty of shopping/grocery and dining options close by.

Beautiful New Residence Inn

Spotless, beautifully decorated lobby, many choices for breakfast, and the room was a "mini-apartment" not lacking anything for a short or long stay. All staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping is now every 3 days but they came almost every day.

I loved my first stay at this hotel so much that I returned for another visit, and I was thrilled to find the experience was just as perfect the second time around. This is a fantastic, modern hotel, but it's the team that makes it truly special. The front desk staff is just phenomenal—a huge thank you once again to Katina, Jeremy, Carole, and Jennifer for being so welcoming and professional. The management, David and Ashley, are clearly doing a wonderful job. The cleaning staff is stellar! The lobby bar is a highlight, with a great atmosphere thanks to Nina and Joe. And I have to give a special shout-out to Benito the bellman for his kindness. This team's consistent friendliness and top-tier service are the reasons I'll keep coming back. I've found my new go-to spot in Melville!

I found the property and staff to be absolutely wonderful. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite over a two-day weekend. The hotel is quite beautiful, and the breakfast offered was a top-tier continental experience. I especially enjoyed the banana nut cake.

Exceptional Stay at a Brand New Gem! My recent "staycation" at the new Residence Inn in Melville was so exceptional that a planned one-night visit turned into a multi-day stay, and I've already returned. The hotel and its staff are simply wonderful. The hotel itself is spotless and modern, and the leadership of the GM, David, and AGM, Ashley, is evident in the happy, professional team they've built. The entire guest services team is the heart of the hotel. I have to give a special thank you to Katina, the Day & Overnight Supervisor, who was an absolute superstar. I also want to give an extra shout-out to Kyle from the overnight team, who went above and beyond to make my return visit perfect. The entire team, including Carol, Jennifer, and Jeremy, made me feel welcome every day. The warmth extends everywhere, from Benito's friendly smile to the great service from Nina and her colleague at the bar. This team's hospitality is the reason I kept extending my stay and will continue to come back. This is my new home away from home in Melville!
