「I do not think that Dorothy's is a good place to stay for older people. I am 71 with a bad knee. The 3 flights of stairs with no elevator were hard going. The bedroom had a queen bed against the wall. As older people who have to use the bathroom during the night this was very inconvenient - the person next to the wall had to wake the other person in order to get out of bed. And not having a bathroom attached to the room was not ideal. Also our room went off the kitchen /laundry area. People...

「トイレ、バスは共用で汚くて入る気にならなかった。 部屋も汚く、タオル類もきれいではありません。 朝食付きとありましたが、自分でコーヒーをいれ、置いてあるパンを焼くだけで、おかずは何もない状態でした。この状態で宿泊代が３万円を超えるのはこれまでの Expediaで泊まったホテルの中で最悪の宿泊施設でした。この施設に泊まろうとする人は辞めることをお勧めします。 」

「飛行機が遅れ予約日に到着できるかどうかわからなかったけど、こまめにメールでやり取りして安心でした。BlueLANEという部屋に滞在。キッチンが充実。部屋の外を電車が走っているのですが、旅の疲れのせいか気にならなかった。朝食はベーグル、パンなど数種類、ゆで卵、カットしたフルーツ、ヨーグルトなど。こぢんまりとしたシカゴのアパートという感じ。他ゲストの年齢層は高いので落ち着いた雰囲気。」
