「Location perfect for lots of Chicago treasures. The studio unit was larger than expected. The furnishings we're contemporary and very pleasant/comfortable. Bed soft and comfy. Elevator got stuck on one floor but phone number clearly posted and answered by someone who kept me on the phone until problem solved! Good service indeed.」

「We definitely had some issues with this place, but I addressed them to the hostess and they said they would definitely get on top of my request. Communicating with the hostess was excellent. And I believe very much that if they address the issues this place could be a really good place to stay when you visit Chicago」

「Very convenient to everything, very easy to manage the unit. Only one suggestion-need a bigger frying pan.」

「Once we were in the apartment, it was great. Other than water dripping from the ceiling pipe inside, we had no complaints. Clean, cozy, plenty of space. Outside was a bit sketchy. There was a man sleeping on a mattress in the alley by the parking space and the entrance we were told to use was closed, which caused some confusion and a lot of extra walking. The location was perfect and overall, the stay was very nice.」
