The property was clean staff was amazing very helpful. The area was very walkable to the French quarter and amazing dining options. Only negative was the bed was to soft ,but besides that amazing property.

A bit run down in places and they need new covers and mattresses for the cabanas at the pool and new or deep cleaned carpet. The restaurant would be better if it was open every day. And house cleaning did a poor job and smell in the hallways.
If they had hot tea and coffee and hot tea around the clock it would be better. All in all the staff was friendly and helpful except for one person at the desk.

Here for the Jazz Festival for the first time. They really know how to manage the crowds while staying pleasant and having fun. The shuttle service to the festival was the best way to go. The food at the festival was fantastic. Don't be afraid of the crowds. Everyone is moving around so seats become available in all of the tent venues throughout the concerts. Bring a hat and sunscreen and a love of amazing music.
