Stay

Great place to stay. Would be better if the ensuite had a door on it so I could not see the wife on the toilet when I walked into the bedroom. Also, if the bathroom had lock on the door, then you could not walk in when someone was in it. The light switches in the bedrooms had little indicator lights on them that stayed on which were a problem when trying to sleep.

Lovely house, great location

Nice modern property, with some lovely character features. House was spotlessly clean, and located in quiet area in a lovely wee town that was an easy 10 minute car journey into Launceston. We found the booking process more convoluted than the other accommodations we booked. A smalll aside relates to the light in the main bedroom, because of a lack of door to ensuite, a blind in the ensuite would be a good idea and eliminate the issue.

Beautiful

This accommodation is a great home away from home. It had everything we needed, is very clean and in a great location for going to the market and walking to the local shops.This was my second stay and I'm sure to stay there again.

Good place

Having travelled extensively we can honestly say that we have never experienced such a long, invasive process for booking in and then poor attitude of managing service when the television just did not work. Owners were great and fixed problem as soon as they could but might be good to check the managing process as we wouldn’t recommend the property because of the whole process.

Quiet in Evandale

What a great find. The property is nice and quiet, within easy walking distance of Evandale village centre. The property itself is well appointed, light and airy. The master bed was very comfortable with quality linen. Definitely well worth a look if you are staying in Evandale.

Very nice place with good facilities in a peaceful location.

Nice place with very good facilities. Booking system and payment instructions were a little confusing but we got there in the end. Recommended.

Beautiful home with all we needed. Booking process very lengthy and too many messages reminding us about the cleaning we needed to do when a cleaning fee was charged.

Evandale nice but limited.

Nice modern property to be used as a base only. No local shops open late, supermarkets are miles away pub is shut on Mondays and Tuesdays , no local servos , no local restaurants other than the pub.

Evendale Effortless

The property was as described and provided very comfortable accomodation in a peaceful village with great ambience. The local area has some great food opportunities and the history is ever present. It made a great base for our trips in and around Launceston.

Very Satisfied 😌

Property was extremely central to everything. A short stroll into Evandale, easy to access shops, bakery and Sunday Markets. Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and was well equipped for our needs.

Not fully fenced

It may have been dog friendly but not having a gate to fence off the driveway was a challenge. All facilities were fine although not a fan of no door on ensuite so we used twin room instead. The vacuum cleaner must have been locked away so only had mop and broom to do the floors. Linen was lovely. Didn't get notification of access prior to 3pm so after phone calls and emails were finally able to get in after 4pm.

Beautiful place to stay

Very charming place to stay. The township was just a short walk and added to our stay to be unique from anywhere else we stayed in Tasmania. We loved the accommodation.

Beautiful accommodation and great location near Evandale market

Stunning property that is tasteful furnished and very comfortable. Great quiet location with off street parking. Highly recommend this accommodation for exploring Evandale market and surrounds.

Clean and modern. Didn’t like that there was no door to the en-suite bathroom. Suggestions: instead of asking guests to wash and dry dishes etc. dishes could be loaded into dishwasher and turn on at departure. Standard condiments eg pepper and salt to be provided
