「Everything. Especially our room.」

「The place was quaint and the room was large. The bedspread was worn and dated, the bed was comfortable and clean. The sink was in the bedroom and not the bathroom but since the bathroom was very small it work well. Our microwave did not work but they had one in the lobby., they offered to replace it but it wasn't necessary. Breakfast was very basic, bagels, english muffins, bread and cereal. They offered coffee, orange and apple juice and milk. For a mid-tier hotel it was nice and comfortable...

「Horrible customer service from a check in agent. Said he hadn’t had his coffee yet that’s why he was in a foul, hateful, mean spirited mood. He Should consider growing up! Laundry facility was broken down the entire time of a five nights stay. Upon arrival, the two ladies at the check-in counter were very kind, polite, and hospitable. They did a super job at Customer Service. Housekeeping was fine.」

「Our stay at the HolidayExpress was great . The room was clean we stayed in the room with the jacuzzi in it and it was wonderful. I use a walker and there was plenty of room for me to maneuver around the room. The jacuzzi was so relaxing after driving for 6 hours . My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much . 」

「We enjoyed our stay the room was large with a full refrigerator dishwasher microwave. We got there late so it was great they had a small area to buy food drinks snacks. The gym was really nice and so was the pool/ hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「I have almost nothing but wonderful things to say about my week long stay. I thought upon check in there should be some incentive given to gamble. 10 Match play, free slot plays, SOMETHING. Instead I was given a $10 slot play as I was checking out.... Counterintuitive if you ask me. But overall? 4.8 out of 5. I do wish there was 24 food available, or it would have been a 5. The hours the restaurants ARE open, they serve amazing food and really good prices. My room was perfect. 」
