「Room itself was nice but I did not like having access to room from outside. Did not feel like a secure area. Allyway to the back section we stayed in and it freaked of marijuana and cigarettes butts all over back parking area where we were. Online, it looks like a security fence around hotel but it is only fenced in sections. Not real secure for this area of town.」

「Nice properties, but I could not get the TV to work at all」

「Clean room. But bathroom is old (old sink, old bathtub)」

「Boutique = old.」

「Easy stay...」

「Room was quite comfortable, useful furniture (desk and lamp, good tv with remote, comfortable king bed. Generally looked very well-maintained, with none of the cracks and flaws I've often seen elsewhere. Staff was very professional and helpful. It is very convenient to the Arcata/Eureka airport (a 5 minute drive, 15 minute walk - though a staff member warned me about walking at night -...

「Rooms were clean, staff were pleasant and accommodating, location was good and breakfast was good as well. Overall well worth the money.」

「Very nice stay, as always!」

「No staff - just AI and WiFI didn’t work to retrieve door codes and no cell signal available.」
