"This hotel has an incredible vintage, old-world charm that perfectly matches the town. It was honestly one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. The decor is classy and classic, with beautiful details everywhere — including paintings of all the famous people who have stayed here over the years. It’s epically cool and makes you feel like you’re part of history. The lobby is stunning, with gorgeous stained-glass windows, a huge sitting area, a fireplace, and massive leather chairs. You truly feel like a president staying here. The front desk staff were all so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. My room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with a high-quality bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I’ve been driving up the coast from LA, and this was hands down my favorite stay in California. I would absolutely come back — this place is something special. And, close to everything fun in Old Eureka. "
