"It was decent; contact free so I can't say much about the staff; was easy to get in, get to our room and check out. My only two complaints are the bed which felt so incredibly hard that I didn't get much sleep (Ended up getting most of my sleep on the coach to and from Rila and Plovdiv than this bed) and the shower didn't have a curtain or anything so the floor got soaked and bled into the carpet outside the bathroom."
