Very well located hotel with easy access from the airport. All the facilities were new and well maintained, with comfortable rooms. The only issue was that there is no parking as advertised so finding somewhere to leave the car was an issue (although getting a fine was the cheapest option compared to the extortionate prices for local garages so just ended up paying for a daily parking fine of 15 euro).

Great location, excellent room and very nice service. Right next to Serdika I metro station in case you want to use the M1 or M4 lines (M4 takes you to the airport). All historic downtown locations are easily accessible by foot. Would stay there again, and would recommend it.

I stayed at this ibis hotel in Paris and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Gare de Lyon, which makes it very convenient for getting around the city or catching trains. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris, the room size is what you would expect: on the smaller side, but well organized. Both the room and bathroom were clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—not too strong, just comfortable, which made a big difference, especially in summer. The staff was efficient and friendly throughout my stay. A special mention to the team at breakfast, who were particularly kind and welcoming. There was also free water available for guests at the entrance, which was a nice touch. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional, but it was good and had everything needed to start the day. I was fully satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Dette er et utmerket hotell når du besøker Sofia. Beliggenheten er sentral med gangavstand til mange severdigheter, gode restauranter og vakre parker. Pent og moderne rom med regulerbar air condition. Frokosten er ikke vanlig hotellbuffetfrokost, men en kupong på 9 euro som kan brukes i den tilknyttede kafeen.

Staff is not empowered to help customers and hotel has cheap policies. We had breakfast included but had to argue to receive our vouchers which are just coupons for a discount at the deli. They don’t restock in room instant coffee and tea if you stay more than one night. Rooms are spartan again because they’re too cheap to have more hooks and shelves. If they just were a bit more generous and customer oriented it would be a much better place because it’s new and clean although small.

Well presented quality room, would cost several times the price in the UK, quiet, good internet, small selection of tea and coffee in the room. Downside is the bathroom which although well upholstered didn't divide the shower from the rest so the whole floor got wet. Aircon effective but blows at the bed. Less than a 5 minute walk to / from the subway. 5 mins walk to the nearest cathedral, multiple additional sites within 15 minutes.
