Staff is very nice and polite. Hotel is very nice and elegant. Breakfast can be improved a little bit more with a wider choice,but it is ok. Room was very nice, big and clean but it was a too cold and I had to run the heating for full stay to get it a bit warmer. Overall is a good hotel

The hotel is great. The rooms were very nice and clean. Hotel staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. The location is great. There is metro station just down the street. Most places in central part of town are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Sofia.

Charming boutique hotel tucked away in central Sofia. Recently renovated, with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to prepare an early morning breakfast and to arrange a taxi to the international bus station, which was a huge help as we had a lot of luggage.

The Pleasant Stay

The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly kind and polite. They prepared special breakfasts tailored to each guest, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Sofia.

Location is one minute walk from metro station. Property is clean, well maintained; room is small but comfortable. Made to order breakfast is very good. Note: there is no elevator; ask staff to help you with bags.

Very nice and cozy hotel on a good spot. Distance to NDK centre is ~20min walk and there are two metro stops quite close the hotel. I spent my visit during the hot days of July so I was very happy about the air conditioning in the room!

A bright and cheerful building, seemingly renovated recently. Staff was a bit distant (maybe because of the language barrier) but competent. (Point for improvement: a warning about the low ceiling in the staircase could perhaps be added in the ascending direction too.)

Systems could be improved

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Over all I would probably stay again, room for improvement though just in terms of their systems. The woman that checked me in was fantastic, but other staff weren’t as good. I didn’t get my toilet paper refilled, and when I asked for more a different woman on reception didn’t know where they kept it. I ended up having to buy my own. A positive was the breakfast, but again I got conflicting information about what time breakfast was available. I also didn’t get my room cleaned all days except one because I was in the room when the cleaner came, and she wouldn’t clean while I was there even though I said it was okay to. So a few systems to be improved. However it was a nice stay otherwise.

La camera era fredda e lo split non è riuscito a scaldarla nonostante sia rimasto acceso tutta notte. amche la stufa del bagno non è stata sufficiente a scaldare il bagno, nonostante fosse davvero piccolo. La doccia è un po' troppo piccola per essere una walk-in, si è allagato metà bagno. Inoltre non amo dover scegliere la sera prima cosa voglio mangiare a colazione, per quanto sicuramente questa scelta sia fatta per evitare sprechi. Non ci sono parcheggi pubblici in zona, perciò l'unica possibilità è di lasciare la macchina in un silos con costi piuttosto esosi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile . Avendo letto le recensioni precedenti ho notato che sono stati fatti miglioramenti in seguito alle recensioni stesse. Sicuramente è segno di buona volontà di migliorare!

Stille oase i bakgård

Deilig og stille oase i en bakgård, skjermet fra trafikk. Nydelig bygning med koselig interiør og fine rom. Selv om betjeningen nok ikke hadde all verdens opplæring, gjorde de sitt beste, var vennlige og positive. Det var et veldig hyggelig opphold! Og kort avstand til det historiske sentrum.

Hübsches,ruhiges Hotel / Ausbaubedarf beim Service

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof. Das Zimmer war hübsch und sauber mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Leider war die Handbrause kaputt und nur die Regendusche von oben hat funktioniert. Beim Service besteht noch viel Nachholbedarf. Besonders die eine Rezeptionistin dürfte noch an Professionalität hinzugewinnen. Freundlichkeit und ein gewisses Grundinteresse an ihrem eigenen Job wären mal ein erster Schritt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man kann das Zentrum von da aus gut zu Fuss erkunden. Es gibt auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich um die Ecke. Ein Taxi vom/zum Flughafen kostet höchstens 20 BGN/10 Euro.
