"This property is in a nice location. Everything worked properly. I found it secure and safe and it was clean. The cons of this property is the curtains in the bedroom definitely need to be changed for some privacy when needed. Maybe get some that match the other room. It could use some fresh paint and a few touch ups mainly in the bathroom but it didn’t bother me much. "This is a luxury one bedroom apartment on the 33rd floor of a 34 floor high rise that also houses a hotel. It has a balcony with beautiful views of the water and skyline. It is a very nice unit and well equipped. The building has a very nice restaurant on the 25th floor with great views, a nice pool and fitness center, and a Basque restaurant in the adjoining building. It is in a great area. "It is a beautiful property and in walking distance of the Brickell area with shopping and restaurants. For us, we needed a great place to rest and relax between each night at Ultra and this place delivered!! Metro mover (free) right across the street so we jumped on that every day to get to Bayfront Park. "
