「I felt safe and comfortable during my stay, which was the most important thing I was looking for. The room was clean and overall I had a good experience. There were a few things that could be improved: the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, which became frustrating, and the TV didn’t have live channels, which I would have appreciated when I had my parents visiting. I also think the shower would be much better with a sliding door or full enclosure instead of only having glass on one side, since water can...

「I was greeted by reception as soon as I entered the lobby. Airport transfers were easily arranged by contacting the hotel by email. While there isn’t a restaurant on site the restaurant next door takes your order and it is delivered to your room. It worked out well.」

「I booked this hotel in the last minute since I had to extend my stay and the hotel where I stayed was too expensive without early reservation. It was a good surprise. The hotel is located in front of shopping mall, the room is spacious and the price is very low. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but I needed to leave at 6:45 and so, staff prepared in-room breakfast for me without any extra charge. This was "more-than-expected" since I checked-in at 23:00. If free mineral water bottle is included, it is...

「Clean room, centrally located. Staff was great and helpful.」
