Large spacious room wit lh a big comfortable bed. The staff was great; hotel is clean; restaurant area is lovely. 12th floor had a beautiful view of Recoleta Cemetery. Only negative was the plumbing - the tub faucet spit at you for awhile before deciding to deliver hot water and tub shower is very narrow. This will not prevent us from returning.

Comfortable stay in great location

We stayed for a week with an 11-year old. Good for traveling with kids because they offer 2 full/queen beds in one room. Kind, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, hot shower. Large buffet breakfast. Excellent location. Floors in hallways are badly in need of an upgrade, but lobby and other common areas are fine.

Superb stay

The staff were superb and so accommodating, from facilitating an early check-in to assisting with our onward travel arrangements when our flight was delayed. The room was huge, clean and well appointed and dinner at the restaurant was delicious and inexpensive.
