「First of, we didn’t get to stay at the Hotel I originally book for a 1 bedroom and no one told me about it until I got to Argentina. I specifically said 1 bedroom but I got a loft instead… please let your consumers know what is goin on or if there’s changes. I paid in full for what I requested. 」

We arrived after reception hours to a very easy self check-in. Received incidental refund the same day as check out. Great stay!」
"Close to EZE Airport, free airpirt shuttle service. Reception desk was very helpful. Dining room was open until 11pm, so we were able to eat light meal after we arrived at the hotel with evening flight."
