Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. 「The room had a fridge, which I initially thought was a bonus, but it was so noisy that we had to switch it off during the night. The air con was good. There's a communal room with a kettle and microwave. Opposite the hotel, there's a big supermarket and a bus stop. On the seafront, a few metres away, there are plenty of restaurants. 」

「I stayed in Royal Level. Staff was great. Food was excellent. Very nice pool. Close to beach walkway.」

「Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.」

「Lovely place for its rooms, balcony, swimming pool and staff. Their chlorine levels are suspect and caused ear infections in both our children, and their WiFi is problematic. If they can rectify these issues, along with a better breakfast, it would be somewhere I’d be happy to return to. 」
