「My experience was amazing! I was apprehensive as it was my first ever solo trip abroad and my spanish is a medium level. The woman who checked me in spoke fluent Spanish, German, English and and was an absolute delight, making me feel so welcomed and at ease 😊. The beds were super comfortable, with what felt like new mattresses and pillows! Rooms were spotless and the wonderful attentive housekeeper was very courteous in asking if I would like my room cleaned which I politely declined for...
