「Very nice and i felt safe. Great locatio.」

「I love this hotel. I will definitely be back」

「Excellent!!! I would visit Ziba Resort again in a heart beat. Neat and very friendly staff who are ready to help. We loved our stay so much we wanted to extend, unfortunately they were fully booked. Don’t think twice. Book now and enjoy.」

「Bad exreience. service is very bad. a guest room door was not working. It took 2 hours to foix my room door. A reception desk and facility manegemen have bad communications. Totally I could not enter my room for two hours!! I have used this hotel many years, but service is getting worse gradually. 」

「absolutely unacceptable service for a paying customer we have a negligent manager, along with negligent staff delayed responses for essential items items like bath towels will take all day to be delivered. Simple request will take all day to be responded to a very dangerously negligent staff I would never recommend anyone of any kind to stay here」

「Good enough」

「Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and all around amazing stay for the price」

「We are usually facing on safety issue in Nigeria. But there are security people stadning close to the gate. They always check the car inside before the car go through. We could feel relief. 」
