"Family run hotel/b&b where everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful, much better than staying in a soulless chain hotel. The room is a stones throw from the entrance to the pyramids, and the view from room incredible. Hotel is able to arrange trip and tours guides, in our case arranging our tour for the next morning when arriving at 9pm. Oh and again the view! "

"L'hôtel est vraiment sympa, propre,confortable et à taille humaine. Comme il est au bout de la ville, il est nécessaire de prendre un taxi pour aller dans le centre (ceci dit il n'ya pas grand-chose à faire dans le centre) mais du coup, l'environnement est calme et il y a peu de bruit. Le personnel est vraiment attentif à nos demandes, réactif et sympathique. La plage, même si elle n'est pas super, est proche et il y a à disposition des chaises longues. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine."

"We spent two nights at Kemet and had booked two rooms. From start to finish,the experience was fantastic. Saima at the front desk was always available and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.she a real gem. We were in rooms on the 5th floor with the best views of the pyramids of Giza. A hot breakfast was included in the mornings. The hotel is very efficient and answers all your queries by email very promptly. One of the best boutique hotels i have stayed at. "

"Over all it was a good stay. You can't get any closer and for a first look at the pyramids this is the place. It's a no-frills place but if you want good views, this is it. Also it may appear to be a in unsafe area but it is actually pretty secure and safe. They a plenty of YouTube videos that will show you exactly what to expect. "

"The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one"

"The property is situated right on the bank of the river Nile and our room had a view of the river. The roof top restaurant also overlooked the Nile. The room itself was large but very basic containing only a queen size bed and 1 small bedside cabinet. There was a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom had 1 of those folding doors which was off its track. No soundproofing there, you can hear people talking at all hours and chairs being pushed back. The food there is superb. "Truly amazing stay watching the pyramids glow as the sun comes up while still in bed‼️ this IS THE BEST place ever stayed at during my many trips to over 77 countries- and that’s no - the owner is a historian and certified Egyptologist- what a amazing and inspiring experience.
