「This property was old which wasn't a problem it was quaint but the fern room was comically small, felt like the top half of a barn, like the whole building was probably a barn. The room had ladybugs & flys, the ladybugs didn't bother me but the flys were making horrible buzzing sounds & we couldn't sleep so we had to kill the flys but left the ladybugs alone. Other flys never came back so that was good, perhaps someone left a door open. You could easily hear the rooms nearby like a simple radio...

「I've been looking forward to staying at Talta during ski season but the experience was rather disappointed. The location is great, front desk staff was friendly, and room is clean and updated. However, the walls are paper thin (we stayed at one end unit on the top floor of the building), and we had to hear non-stop dog barking from 7pm-10pm, then someone watching TV during sleep time. It was a nightmare stay for a needed good sleep. People camp at the outdoor hot tub, so it's almost impossible...

「We enjoyed our stay at the inn especially coming to a hot tub after a whole day on the slopes. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was always fresh. Our room was nice and clean with a wonderful view to the mountain. We were on the lower floor so we could hear a lot of noise from the guests upstairs which was the only downside. 」

「We had a wonderful experience staying at the Black Lantern Inn. The Inn is location on the main street, and very easy to find. We didn't get to the property until 1:00 AM, and the property were decorated with Christmas lighting, which made it cozy and super easier find the place, especially when it was so dark out. There's a small parking lot between the two buildings, and our room was in the Burdette House. The buildings are vintage, but the room has all the towels and basic shampoos, and...

「The Lodge is very convenient for skiing, located at the base of the mountains next to the lifts. I stayed there in mid-March during many schools' spring break, and the hotel was very busy with lots of families. All of the staff that I met were friendly and helpful. I dined twice at the two restaurants on site: Alpine Hall and Tipsy Trout. Service quality was mixed. One night at Alpine Hall was professional, the other was amateurish with a poorly trained server and an out-of-date wine list....

「Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. 」
