"First of all the staff is so helpful and attentive. Fernanda, Monse, Aldo, and Daniel were always willing to share places we should visit and always supplied us with items we needed through out our stay. The place is in the perfect location to walk to lunch or dinner. We felt safe in the area and will definitely return. The convenience of having a kitchen and full size refrigerator is an added bonus."

"The place of the hotel was great, everything was extremely walkable and very safe. The staff was the best! Loved every interaction with the staff. But the room was not the best, the only window was in the actual bedroom meanwhile in the living room it was fully closed off and not near a window. I checked and I was approved for a balcony and city view and didn’t get that, I’m sure because of the festivities there was not enough space to accommodate everyone but they should’ve given a discount or something and not charged me for something I didn’t get."
