"Though the surrounding area is very busy and a bit grungy with graffiti, this hotel is a bit of an oasis. The decor is posh and modern in the lobby and the hallways, as well as the rooms themselves. The WIFI worked consistently and the service team is friendly and professional. We did not try the gym or the hotel restaurant, but right next door there's a fantastic cafe for delicious and affordable food. One small gripe is that on one of the days of our stay, housekeeping completely forgot to clean our room, which was a little bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a good stay. I love Palacio de Bellas Artes, and being able to see it every day was wonderful. "

"This intimate, boutique hotel is like your home away from home. The staff tends to your comfort as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is an order from the meenu breakfast with delicious options. Complimentary water bottles and fresh fruit are available everywhere. You receive a complimentary city walking tour, and there is a nice cafe with complimentary food and beverages open 24 hours for your unlimited enjoyment. Because of the cafe and friendly staff, customers tend to spend time in the comfortable lobby area, visiting and chatting with each other, sharing what adventures they might have enjoyed that day. To find the handicraft market, Manuel Ortiz took me outside the hotel to show me the exact route I should take. The location is ideal for sightseeing, shopping close to the airport, and it is very safe. I would not consider a trip to Mexico City and stay anywhere else."
