Experience stylish, contemporary living at Madrona Pointe, our centrally located home! 🌟 Just a short walk from the best shops and cafes, the spacious living area and gourmet kitchen make it easy to enjoy time with friends and family. Cook your own meals or stroll into town to savor local foods and craft drinks. Adventure is at your fingertips with hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding nearby. Plus, we're only a two-minute walk to Crescent Beach! 🏖️✨

Located in the village of Eastsound, Madrona Pointe is at the end of a private, wooded road right at the edge of town. Looking out toward the trees and water, you'll have privacy in a quiet setting. There are neighbors in the vicinity, so respecting the privacy and quiet hours in the neighborhood is always appreciated.
Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am each day. Exterior Lights are turned off at night to reduce light pollution.

As a home base, our location is both beautiful and convenient! 🌳 You'll have the entire home on a fully fenced half-acre filled with trees and gardens. The main bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, quality linens, and a walk-in closet. On the lower level, the 'Flex Room' also has a Queen bed, a Smart TV, an Emmes chair, and a lovely armoire/dresser set. Both rooms share a custom bathroom with a live edge countertop and a custom-tiled shower, plus plenty of fresh towels and guest amenities.

A spacious guest bathroom with a vanity is conveniently located at the top of the stairs for common use. Enjoy remote work with our excellent WiFi connection, offering speeds of 50mbps+. The dining room table seats six, providing ample space for work or kids' schooling.

There are five free EV chargers within walking distance! Just 100 ft down the road, you'll find two charging stations at the Orcas Community Center, two at the Island Market parking lot, and one on Haven Street. You can also bring your own conversion setup and extension cord for use with an exterior 110v plug at Madrona Pointe House.
