It was clean with the exception of rhe screen on the bathroom widow which had a very thick layers of dust and the deck railing was really needed cleaning... included numerous spider wed and green slime. And the one long chair pillow was wet and had bird poop. And the screens on both sliding doors need replacing as those are ripped. Though I would still rent it again."

"Beautiful property with excellent views and a type of farm feel where so many unique things exist including ducks, a 22 year old cat, orchard, kayaks etc. you don’t need to leave the property to have a wonderful time host John is one of coolest guys you will ever meet."

Musty smell. It was not cleaned well. Carpet needs replacing and has lots of stains (don't want to go barefoot). Curtains are in disrepair.
