"Overall, the room is clean and the staff are friendly. The biggest advantage is the location—it’s very close to RDU Airport, which made it easy for us to catch an early morning flight, even after grabbing a quick breakfast at the hotel. However, there are some maintenance issues in the room that need attention, such as a missing toilet paper holder and clothes hangers, as well as a broken sink stopper."

"I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast was a standout—it was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety of options each morning. It was a great way to start the day without needing to leave the property. Another big convenience was the parking, which was easy to access and hassle-free, making arrivals and departures smooth. However, there were some concerns during my stay. I did notice signs of bugs in the room, which was unsettling. When I brought it to the hotel’s attention, they were transparent and explained that the room had recently been fumigated due to a previous long-term guest who hadn’t maintained cleanliness. While I appreciated their honesty, it still impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Overall, the hotel has some strong positives, especially in terms of amenities and convenience, but the room condition in this case left something to be desired. "

"High traffic area off I-95 so the proprerty looks a little tired when you really look at it. Bed was comfortable enough for one night. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. Breakfast was better than most of this type."

"Front desk staff extremely friendly & helpful. Service staff extremely rude. Needed towels. Told by front desk to sit towel & trash outside door. Went straight back to room as the housekeeper was next door. My wife stated she passed right by the room. When she asked for towels. The housekeeper refused. Totally ignored us & got on her phone to call someone. Had to go right back down the elevator to the front desk. Supervisor went back up with me. Instructed her to leave towels for us & pick up the trash. The interaction with this particular housekeeper made our stay very unpleasant."

"We have stayed here a few times. Some rooms were better kept than others. Beds are always very comfortable. Very convenient location close to everything. Would recommend for a short stay. Front desk stay are friendly and helpful."
