「When the business centers computers and printer would not work, the front desk attendee was very, very helpful and receiving and printing out an email for me. The breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately, the elevator went out for a day and a half during my day.」

「Room was excellent with exception of wobbly toilet seat which I reported. Food and presentation of food was excellent. I was disappointed to witness a possible manager berate a front desk employee while I was returning a luggage cart. She continued to do this even while I exited the hotel. Totally unprofessional and the only reason I did not give 5 stars.」
