The check in was very quick and easy. My room was on the 4th floor. The hallway was hot & smelled bad. My room was a double queen & was clean. Bathroom could use an update. There was no blow dryer in my room. I went downstairs to get coffee & asked for one. The front desk said it should be in the closet tucked under the iron. I went back upstairs to check again as i searched the entire room. There wasn’t one tucked under the iron. Went back down & the front desk went to a vacant room and got one. I didn’t try any breakfast so I can’t say anything about it.

the room was clean, the desk chair did not work ( i could not get it to the proper height requiremnnt for my work.) . The room was adequet for the amount of time i was there. It was the perfect place to stay because there was very little outside noise to deal with.

The check in clerk Jackie was very nice and explained allot. You could tell she wanted the guest to be happy. The room was about what we expected for the price…dated, some places needing repair like a cracked mirror . The linens were clean. The lady that makes the breakfast was a sweetheart and takes pride in her job. We enjoyed talking to her while she was replenishing and making sure everything was ready for mother guests.
