「Sophia's was perfectly located for walking to the key sites in the city, with an amazing cafe round the corner. For us two it was spacious and extremely comfortable. The washing machine was brilliant too. We had a great 4 days here.」

"毎日の清掃がとても綺麗に行き届いていました。タオル交換やトイレットペーパーなどもきちんとされていて、部屋のティーパックの補充もされていました。とても快適に過ごすことができました。また、観光施設やスーパーへの行き方などをフロントスタッフに尋ねると、地図上で丁寧に説明してくれました。荷物の預かりも快く対応してくれたり、チェックインより4時間ほど早く着きましたが、部屋の清掃が終わった段階で電話をくれました。一点、サマータイムになるタイミングの宿泊だったのですが、部屋に置いてある時計の時間変更の仕方がわからず、1時間ずれたままでした。携帯を見て時間を確認していたので、あまり不便は感じませんでしたが。ベッドシーツが少し生乾きのような匂いがして気になりましたが、総合的に素晴らしかったです。 3泊4日の一人旅でしたが、安心して旅を終えることができました。ありがとうございました。"
