「Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna」

「The facility is in need of major renovation. All carpets, washrooms, all sheets and blankets need to be changed. Smoking should not be allowed. We found cigarette butts under the mattress. HELP!」
