Quiet apartment in residential neighborhood behind owner occupied home. Apartment has one bed, one reclining couch, one bathroom with shower, dining table, kitchen and huge walk-in closet,. Beautiful scenic large backyard with fire pit and tetherball. Electronic Roland, TD-8 drum kit to be enjoyed by everyone: If you’ve ever wanted to play the drums and haven’t had a chance, or if you are looking to keep your chops in shape!! Located 25 min. from Cleveland with a beautiful Great Lake (Erie) at the end of the street and Lakefront Lodge Park 1/2 mile away, where you can relax and view sunsets. Many food establishments nearby.

As good as advertised

Started one night in town only 1.5 miles from the Lake County Captains baseball field. Very close to anything you might need. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Guest was quick with a response for any question I had. Would recommend.

An absolute treasure.

The place is so clean and well appointed. I had a great time catching up with my daughter. It is private and has everything you need. I highly recommend this wonderful little place. John is a great host, very accommodating.

This is the cutest little place! We found it to be just as it appears in the pictures. Smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. Bed and double recliner were both comfortable. Our host was always very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Great place and location to stay

John was a great host. His location is close to stores and a great park that overlooks Lake Erie. My wife and I went there and enjoyed the sunset. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood that feels safe. We would stay again. Thanks John.

Safe stay east of Cleveland

This is a great place to stay for one or a couple. It's like a studio apartment but bigger. It was cheaper than hotels in the area and MUCH more private. It is attached to a larger house but if anyone was home I never saw nor heard them. The neighborhood is very safe. The neighbors were having a party when I arrived but were either done or went quiet at a decent hour. You will need a car to stay here unless you are comfortable with buses. It is a little over 20 mins from downtown Cleveland by car and the grocery store is not a short walk.John was a great host. Answered all my questions, prepared the unit very nicely, and the menus with distances from the house was a nice touch. Directions for everything were clear and this was just an easy rental.My only notes are I could have used a big salad bowl and a long extension cord to get to the table in the middle of the room for working on my laptop. Luckily, I pack my own. My only quibbles were that the refrigerator makes gurgly noises and the skylight in the bathroom makes me think I left the light on during the day. Not worthy of reducing the star rating and lets you know how little issue I had.Bottom line, would definitely book again when I am in the area and would recommend to others.

Clean & quiet, short bike ride to lakefront park

One room apartment feels spacious and had everything we needed. Large comfortable bed, bright clean bathroom, outdoor space (family of Cooper’s Hawks swooping through tall trees in the morning!). Extra special: interesting artwork, drum kit (with headphones) to try out or practice on, very close to lake and to a tasty Turkish restaurant.
