"Great stay. Lovely place to stay with our big dog. Range of crates available for her to sleep in, including an extra large one. Owner popped round to introduce himself and could not have been more helpful.We will be booking again!"

"Got to the hotel and and asked if we could have food, the guy who checked us in , said I’ll show you to your room and then I’ll find out , he never came back to us, so ended up having a bag of crisps The other staff was very polite and very helpful Went to bed and the room was nice , but after falling a sleep I woke up around 3am feeling very cold as the heating had been turned off Breakfast wasn’t very nice , bacon was very fatty and the sausage didn’t taste that great, mushrooms was very bland "

"Hall barn is a perfect example of a high end holiday home ..spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed .. lots of thought has gone into making hall barn a wonderful place to stay and relax .. despite awful weather during half term the barn more than made up for the weather .! … all in all a fantastic place . "The property is in a lovely location providing a relaxing stay in the countryside overlooking a small pool frequented by wildlife. The is plenty of space for 4 people and all amenities provided for your stay. It is made clear that there is no WiFi at the property, but also the phone signal is quite variable, so just be prepared for this when staying at the house. There is an excellent library of VHS and DVDs to watch! We really enjoyed our visit, just one or two little details would make it excellent such as providing larger towels. We would recommend this as a great property from which to explore the area."

"Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "
