"What a beautiful location and so peaceful. We wanted to stay forever. We will be back hopefully really soon Thank you for making us feel so welcome and thank you for the basket of local quality foods left we were pleasantly surprised and appreciative. On our final night a baby deer walked past the front of the house what an unexpected bonus so adorable. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful bungalow."

"Very spacious 2 bedroom property. Walking distance to the lovely sea palling beach with small amusement arcade, fish and chips and shop with all you can need. Very clean, great garden for the dog, well equipped kitchen although we didn't do any cooking! TV is in the bedroom rather than the main living area. Owner lives onsite."

"Bumblebee Cottage is a gorgeous comfy cottage that has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Norfolk. It is very clean and makes it a relaxing stay. The welcome booklet we received prior to stopping was excellent, full of useful tips for the area, details of the property and local amenities. We were warmly greeted by Paul and Stella and they checked in on us throughout our stay ensuring we had everything. In addition they let us know about a local boat trip viewing the eclipse ( something we hadn't noticed ) and even provided us with eclipse glasses. They really go over and above to make our stay even more fabulous the cottage itself is very comfortable a lovely sofa and bed. The kitchen was really well equipped, so we were able to cook dinner there easily. The welcome hamper we received was amazing, full of lovely local foods, breads, fudge, scones etc - Lovely patio area with spectacular views, not to the mention the hot tub. Dogs were well catered for, with a basket of bowls, dog towels and toys etc. The gate to the paddock area was a god send, so we could let our dog out for a run easily . An amazing little gem"

"Had a wonderful few days away with my family and dogs at Lavender Cottage. It was so clean and had absolutely everything a holiday cottage needs. Lovely, large totally enclosed garden for the dogs. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Milk, coffee, tea and chocolates left for us. A minutes walk to the lovey, sandy beach, amusements, shop, cafe, fish and chips yet so quiet in the cottage and garden. I would highly recommend this property to anyone . Also short drives to Wroxham, Stalham (nice large Tesco here), Potter Heigham, Yarmouth etc. We also went into Norwich - not too far."

"I realise that different people look for different things in a holiday however I found this to be a perfect location for the coast. The accomodation was super clean, bed comfy, rooms spacious and well equipped. All was well maintained and working, down to the smallest detail. Everything was welcoming including the owners.
