I asked for lower floor and this was accommodated which is fantastic. Room is nice. Clean. On the smaller side but all amenities and facilities such as drinks making items, steamer and hairdryer. Tv on the wall. Nice view from our room. Bed is comfy. Happy for what we paid for :) would recommend. "
