「Great rate, allow pets, good breakfast.」

「Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. 」

「Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. 「Great place!! Loved the new movie theatre vibe downstairs. Very responsive and even left snacks! Place was clean and smelled so good when we arrived. Also had lots of space for everyone. 」

「The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.」

「We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.」
