"Clean spacious room nice amenities"

"Nice hotel. Not over the top fancy, no frills and there was NO POOL!! Breakfast was a waffle station and cereal, danishes, boiled eggs. No eggs or sausage. I had a danish and a cup of coffee and called it good. Hubby made himself a waffle. The beds were very comfortable,and there was a large tv, which made him happy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Glad we stayed there."

"Super nice valet. Checkin lovely, let me know they would supply a free pass to the Eiteljorg museum that I was visiting the next day. Room was quiet, Bed so comfy I overslept. Asked for a later checkout and the clerk was SO gracious and kind, gave me more time than I asked for. Shower hot AND good pressure. There is even a Starbucks in the lobby and they are holding my luggage while I go to the museum. Starting my 5th week of a cross country drive and this is the best stay so far. Thank you!"

"The Holiday Inn Express did not meet our expectations and was the least pleasant Holiday Inn stay we've experienced. The online photos were misleading; in reality, the room interiors are quite outdated and do not reflect the images advertised. They only renovated the restroom in the lobby. At $161 per night before taxes, we felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. For only a little more, we've stayed at Embassy Suites properties that were significantly nicer and provided a much better overall experience. Given the choice, we would definitely choose Embassy Suites again. Our room was located right next to the swimming pool, and even at 10:00 PM we could still hear guests talking loudly. This made it difficult to relax and wasn't ideal for families with young children who need a quieter environment for sleep. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Our baby was crawling on the floor for a short period of time, and his hands and legs became noticeably dirty afterward. This raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival."
