First room i had was swarming with fruit flies and the light over the sink was out. I was moved into a second room and the tv did not work and the light above that sink was also not working.

Booked two queens. Was put in a room with two doubles that smelled of smoke even though this was advertised as non smoking. The carpet was disgusting, the floors were sticky, and there weren't any comforters on the beds, only sheets. They advised they were booked and that was the only room available. I attempted to get a refund from Expedia but the property denied it. Stay far away from this place.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were small and ranged from paper thin to concrete. It looked like there used to things attached to the walls but were poorly removed, and several light bulbs were missing.

The rooms were gross, stains on the carpet and the sheets of I don't know what the sink handle was broken and some the lights didn't work quite right. The cable was out and there were people loitering outside the building at weird times the only saving grace was the staff very polite and respectful.

This hotel was not worth the price. I had to ask for a trash can and ice bucket. The hotel needs work and the room needed basic upkeep. The phone did not have a cord and there were roaches everywhere! Recommend staying somewhere else no matter how cheap the price!

I was very disappointed. The only clean area is the lobby. My hall way was littered with trash. My room was freezing cold and I turned the air down and the had to kill a "roach", so I turned the air back up. The toilet seat had to be held down so it would not fall off while using it and had burn marks on lid. I got double beds, the first bed when I sat down, almost came off the base, so I slept in the second bed. Room doors slamming through out the night til bout 3 am, and I barely got any sleep. I felt very unsafe and checked out immediately the next morning. I asked about a refund and was told to contact Expedia. I would like a refund of my money for Friday and Saturday night.

The hotel staff was professional and courteous. They greeted me with a smile every time and were always available to answer questions or offer help. Their positive attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.

I had a great stay at this property! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and I appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. This property is being used as a least property for mostly low income it’s not advertise that way, and the place is poorly maintained, the room is super old and damaged all over the place as is the entire property, the police had to extract the lady two doors down for me one morning, the only positive thing is the AC worked. The water was generally warm, and the sheets were clean the other aspects of the property and Room are really deficient and not represented properly by Expedia.

Absolutely disgusting property, the staff was very dismissive. We were assigned to a room that already had occupants. It was lucky that we were the ones assigned so nothing was stilen, however it gave us an unsafe feeling. The housekeeping also allowed anyone into whatever room they wanted without confirmation of residence. Had to have our keys reprogrammed every 10 minutes, despite keeping the keys away from our phones and magnetic chargers. One of our rooms didnt have a fridge or microwave, and neither of the rooms' remotes worked. Also found several roaches. Very upset with this stay.
