I had a pleasant stay at this clean and secure property. The included parking was a great bonus. My only complaint was the loud music from a nearby club, but it was quiet after 11 p.m., so it wasn't a major issue for me.

Nice clean studio apartment

The Studio Suite was clean and comfortable. The only difficulty was in accessing the building. I needed 4 different codes upon arrival. Garage, building, elevator and room. After I got my fob, everything was much easier. I’d stay there again and I recommend it.

Located a block off Mass Ave, lots of dining options are within walking distance. The unit was very clean and organized. It had a larger soaker bath tub to help relax. Having the parking garage available with the rental was a great bonus! Although you need to remember multiple codes to get to your unit, it felt very safe and secure.

Great location for a weekend in the city

The location is great, easy to walk to restaurants, shops and downtown attractions. There’s parking provided and once you figure out all the codes, it’s easy entry and feels safe and secure. I would recommend paying a little more and going with one of the larger rooms. We had the studio, the bed wasn’t comfortable at all, there was a plastic protector on the mattress that made you sweat. I completely understand the need to protect the mattress but there are other mattress covers that aren’t loud crinkly plastic. The pillows were flat, so bring your own. Positive was great communication with the property. The ease of check in and I can’t say enough about the location and the surrounding neighborhood.

Nice, modern condos close to downtown

These apartments are very functional for a business traveler or couple visiting Indy. Modern space with kitchen and updated bathroom. Very secure, as you need to enter different codes to get in the building, then to get on the elevator and then again at your apartment door. So much so that it can be a bit confusing at first, especially when finding how to get out of the parking garage and into the building for the first time. The customer service team at Cozy Suites is VERY responsive. You get constant emails and texts to check in with you, and I called to get more toilet paper and soap delivered to our room and they had it waiting for us by the time we got back. Although the neighborhood is cool and there are some nice coffee shops, stores and restaurants across the street or within a few blocks, there also are a fair amount of homeless in the area (but truthfully, that was the case for downtown Indy as well). We didn't feel unsafe, but just a heads up. One more suggestion: Use Lyft instead of Uber in Indy... it's less than half the price.

Been at 3 diffrent hotels in 30 days before I finally ran into Block20 as my 4th hotel/apartment. Wish I found it first, i would have stayed there the whole month. A little pricey but it was the best and most comfortable stay ive had in years, traveling for work. They had everything, dishes, cups, pots and pans, new frdge and stove, towels and wash rags... I didn’t need to use any of my own things i travel with. Hotel/apartment even had its own washer and dryer. I litterally didn’t have to go without anything. Bed and blankets were soft and plush. Everything was absolutely perfect, even the off street parking and access to the building was easy & convenient. I couldn't be happy choosing Block20.

This is a nice centrally located property with plenty of night life within walking distance. The room was nice, and had plenty of amenities. However the room mentioned it could accommodate up to 4 guest but there was only 1 set of towels. Bring your own soap, and shampoo, and a 2nd set of sheets. Sheets were not available for the pull-out couch that I could find, good thing I brought a sleeping bag. Parking was frustrating, you had to either pay to park then go find your parking fob, or find a place to park to get the parking fob go back to your vehicle to get into parking garage, and again when check out. We pulled in on a Saturday night, so finding parking was a nightmare to unload and retain our parking fob to get into the parking garage. Room was clean, and quiet.

This space definitely met our needs though there were some weird quirks. The location with included parking and being walking distance to a lot of restaurants was awesome. The washer/dryer and full kitchen were also useful. The odd thing was how barebones the apartment was with some stuff. There were four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) staying there for a week and there were only four super thin bath towels, one dish towel, two total rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one spare kitchen trash bag, and four sets of cutlery. So while I’m sure it was cheap upfront to furnish the apartment as they did, it likely cost more money because we were constantly having to do laundry or wash dishes or run the dishwasher. The communication seemed to be fine with the landlords/owner/manager and I’m sure they would have brought more supplies if we asked. But it seemed like an unnecessary problem that we shouldn’t have had to worry about, especially when the number of people and length of stay is known through our reservation. That being said, we would likely stay there again because the positives definitely outweighed the oddities/inconveniences. We’ll just likely be more aggressive in asking for more stuff in the beginning that we know we’ll need.

Stayed at CozySuites this weekend from out of town to watch a play at the IRT and visit the Newfield Museum. The property is in a very good location near restaurants and boutique shopping. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom, and a great view of the neighboring Rathskeller patio. I would normally rate a 5 out of 5, however, my wife and I experienced EXTREMELY poor service. Upon check-in, we were offered early check in, which would have been very helpful as our play was at 5pm (check in at 4pm), this was later rescinded by the property. Furthermore, upon check in our reservation said we had room #12, when looking around the property we couldn’t find the room, after 15 minutes we called the help line and they gave us our correct room (208) and code to get in. During our search we ran into another couple in the elevator who were looking for #38, we had to tell them to call the help line for their correct room. Very poor communication. Upon checking out, we received a text asking if we would like a late check out which I responded “Yes”. Then I received a response that a late check out was not available. I completely understand if this needs to be approved, but if you are not going to award these extensions don’t offer them. Lastly, the cleaning crew walked in on my wife early, prior to the check out deadline. Didn’t knock the door, UNLOCKED the door and just walked in! I am writing this review in hopes the property owner wishes to provide a better experienc

I loved my stay, the only issue I had was finding the parking garage when I arrived, but I’ve never driven in Indianapolis before so after a few circles around the block, I was able to get in. Other than this, I enjoyed the location and aesthetic of our stay.
