the worst experience with a hotel i have ever had! and I have stayed at a place with blood stains on the wall. That said I never stayed there. I made a reservation weeks in advance, and the day I was meant to arrive I was notified my stay was canceled. the lady on the phone, while pleasant, refused to attempt to correct the problem. Very frustrating!

Cozysuites apartment’s location was great! It was super clean and had all the amenities. It was easy to checkin and out. I would suggest fluffier towels and adding a mattress topper. The mattress was on the firm side.

It was nice enough and very quiet. However, the couch in the living room was probably the worst couch I have ever sat on. It was extremely uncomfortable and unfortunately it was the only option for watching TV. There was not a TV in the bedroom, so you are forced to use the terrible couch.

Great location, new, and clean!

Located a block off Mass Ave, lots of dining options are within walking distance. The unit was very clean and organized. It had a larger soaker bath tub to help relax. Having the parking garage available with the rental was a great bonus! Although you need to remember multiple codes to get to your unit, it felt very safe and secure.

The initial check in instructions were confusing. Thankfully we had other residents who had the same issues who stopped and assisted us with the check-in procedure. We also had some issues with supplies. The person we were communicating with checked in and responded well, but the actual delivery of what was needed was slow. (Ran out of toilet paper and didn't get any dropped off until late in the afternoon, had already gone out to purchase some).

Nice, modern condos close to downtown

These apartments are very functional for a business traveler or couple visiting Indy. Modern space with kitchen and updated bathroom. Very secure, as you need to enter different codes to get in the building, then to get on the elevator and then again at your apartment door. So much so that it can be a bit confusing at first, especially when finding how to get out of the parking garage and into the building for the first time. The customer service team at Cozy Suites is VERY responsive. You get constant emails and texts to check in with you, and I called to get more toilet paper and soap delivered to our room and they had it waiting for us by the time we got back. Although the neighborhood is cool and there are some nice coffee shops, stores and restaurants across the street or within a few blocks, there also are a fair amount of homeless in the area (but truthfully, that was the case for downtown Indy as well). We didn't feel unsafe, but just a heads up. One more suggestion: Use Lyft instead of Uber in Indy... it's less than half the price.

Pros: This apartment/hotel was excellent for my party of 4 - with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining table area, and living room. It was literally 1 block away from the Murat Theatre/Old National Centre, so it was a quick/easy walk to go see a show there! If I ever see another show there, I will stay here again! All of the codes/instructions needed to access the parking garage, building, elevator, and room were daunting, but once we got the hang of it, it was easy! Felt very safe due to all the security codes required to get in! After you get in the room, they provide a fob to scan yourself in the doors - convenient! Roof deck was cool - beautiful view! Parking was included in our stay - not having to pay extra or try to find a space to park downtown was worth it! The wifi network listed for us did not work, but the owner/property manager remedied it immediately when I texted for help with it - very nice, very responsive, very attentive! Tons of restaurants to door dash from in the delivery area. Bar with live music across the street. Cons: The AC did not work well in one of the bedrooms - the living room and other bedroom cooled nicely, but the 1 bedroom remained hot - even with the door left open at night to try to let the cool air in. The couch was sized perfectly for a child to sleep on - but the pull out section under the ouch appeared to have short, white dog hair on it. Overall, excellent place! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Stayed at CozySuites this weekend from out of town to watch a play at the IRT and visit the Newfield Museum. The property is in a very good location near restaurants and boutique shopping. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom, and a great view of the neighboring Rathskeller patio. I would normally rate a 5 out of 5, however, my wife and I experienced EXTREMELY poor service. Upon check-in, we were offered early check in, which would have been very helpful as our play was at 5pm (check in at 4pm), this was later rescinded by the property. Furthermore, upon check in our reservation said we had room #12, when looking around the property we couldn’t find the room, after 15 minutes we called the help line and they gave us our correct room (208) and code to get in. During our search we ran into another couple in the elevator who were looking for #38, we had to tell them to call the help line for their correct room. Very poor communication. Upon checking out, we received a text asking if we would like a late check out which I responded “Yes”. Then I received a response that a late check out was not available. I completely understand if this needs to be approved, but if you are not going to award these extensions don’t offer them. Lastly, the cleaning crew walked in on my wife early, prior to the check out deadline. Didn’t knock the door, UNLOCKED the door and just walked in! I had a pleasant stay at this clean and secure property. The included parking was a great bonus. My only complaint was the loud music from a nearby club, but it was quiet after 11 p.m., so it wasn't a major issue for me.

We liked the location of this unit on the border of a trendy area with shops, restaurants and nightlife and a quiet residential neighborhood. We were able to walk all around the downtown core, which was great and how we like to explore a city (about 1.7 miles to Lucas Oil Stadium, 1 mile to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, 1.5 miles to Indiana State Museum on the Canal Trail). The Monon Trail for running/cycling was easily accessible. The included parking space is great to have, as was the kitchen and laundry. All the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean. The floor’s center areas were clean, just not quite to the edges. The check-in/unit access process was well detailed and the check-out instructions clear and not onerous. This unit overlooks the outdoor/performance space of the Rathskeller next door. There is no soundproofing - you will hear every note and word of their concerts. The concerts did end promptly, but you will still hear crowd noise as they close down. If you need or want to go to sleep earlier on Friday or Saturday nights, this is probably not the place for you. The windows are also covered only by a light filtering shade - you can see out through it which made me think people outside could see in, especially at night with the lights on in the unit. This didn’t especially bother us, but I could see others wanting the privacy/room darkening of an added drape over the window. Overall, this place worked for us, and we would stay again.

I liked the closeness to where I needed to be. The whole parking and check-in process was a bit tricky. Not the most comfortable couch bed to sleep on. A little noisy and too much light from the balcony door. Cute apartment. Nice bathroom. Nice amenities.

I loved my stay, the only issue I had was finding the parking garage when I arrived, but I’ve never driven in Indianapolis before so after a few circles around the block, I was able to get in. Other than this, I enjoyed the location and aesthetic of our stay.

Find another place to stay

When I arrived there was no toilet paper or tissues. I called immediately yet the one roll of tp didn’t arrive until 24 hours later. There were three towels a hand towel, wash cloth and a very small bath towel. I called again and was told look in the closet. There were none in the closet. No one ever brought additional towels. The bed is a full size cot. I would not recommend!

Had a terrible experience. First, the check-in instructions were extremely confusing. It wasn’t just me—other family was also struggling to follow the directions and find their room. The property itself was clean and nice, but it is located very close to popular bars that played loud music late into the night. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet stay, especially with kids on a weekend. Right after checking in, I called their online support to inquire about multiple charges made to my credit card. They told me my payment hadn’t gone through, so they tried processing it multiple times. I contacted American Express, and they confirmed that the payment had been approved. Clearly, there was a technical glitch on the host’s side, but they refused to acknowledge it or take any responsibility. I got upset because, first, it wasn’t my fault, and second, how was I given access to the property if my payment supposedly didn’t go through? And then they were asking me to vacate the room and check back in. I was so frustrated that I told them to cancel my reservation and I checked into a different hotel. What a terrible experience and customer service. I would never consider staying with them again.
