「The girls at the front desk were so super friendly. I had a couple extra requests for our multiple and rooms and they answered my questions and accommodated the best they could. I was very impressed.」
「We all had an excellent time. It was very nice to check in and swim and have dinner and swim again and then wake up and have breakfast and swim again without ever leaving the hotel. We are coming back for sure. 」
「Very clean and nice hotel. Big comfy beds, large rooms and bathrooms. Had the hanging full size shampoo /conditioner/ body wash pumps in the tub. Good breakfast and decent dinner in the hotel. We missed the free drinks but I’m sure that was nice. Red Robin restaurant right outside the hotel was nice having. Close to the highway and in a central location but we heard no noise from the outside. The hotel has a nice size hot tub. A few things that could be better are the elevators and the pool....
「Room gets very cold during the winter time because their air conditioning system is malfunctioning, and it’s not only about my room because my two colleagues had exactly the same opinion about their room temperature. And if I tell that to their front desk, then they’ll come and fix it right away but it gets cold again on the next day. I wonder if they’re setting a “timer” or something.」
