Omni Severin Hotel

"Beautiful hotel, & loved the room. Great bed. The pillows were extremely soft though, which made them very flat. I suggest bringing one of your own. We did not ask if they had any other pillows. Maybe they offer them? We had a room with just one king bed. It also had a huge walk-in closet. Everything was very clean. Perfect walking distance to Helium comedy club, Gainbridge, Arts Garden & Momument Circle. I only have 2 complaints about the hotel. When we checked in the front desk is in between 2 doors that lead to a huge room where they host weddings, etc. There was a wedding going on and it was so loud. I couldn’t hear the staff member. She even made comment about it. My other complaint is the staff at the café. When you walk in to the right is a beautiful café with great specialty coffees, pastries, full breakfast, sandwiches, and to go items. They are very pleasant but 80% of those that we ran into did not speak much English. So it was very hard to communicate. We had pastries & coffees when we arrived the first night and the next morning we had breakfast there. We ordered 2 stuffed French toast plates and 2 coffees. We got the 2 coffees and 1 order of French toast. We told them that we did not get the 2nd one and we ended up not getting that 2nd one until +20 mins later after we had gone up there 2 more times. Then they brought 2 more orders because they were confused. Self parking in Blue garage is perfect. I would park there then go check in. Hotel only has valet."

"I don’t know the staff name that helped me, but they were young so helpful, kind, attentive and made me want to come back to this hotel. I at first seeing the building had every attention to get my money back and go somewhere else. I was met on Wednesday 08/19/26 evening by such a nice young lady and everyday after that until I left today 08/23/26 all the young adults made me feel heard and they went above the call of duty. Let me not end this review without saying two of the maintenance man from the Marriott next door went out there way to help me. The security man done his job making sure to drive around keeping us safe. The rooms were nice just needed some updates to the refrigerator that really don’t keep your food cold and my room door was not really secure. The latch on the door had the screws barely screwed in and the door was so hard to open. The bed linen could use replacing. But over all I come back the rooms were clean. Don’t let the outside fool it’s a nice hotel and staff the young adults was top tier."
