"I stayed overnight at this hotel. I can't really complain much about this place. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. However, there was an incident that scared me a little bit. Within 30 mins of checking in my room, I decided to uber eats my dinner. And when I opened my door, there was a gentleman with luggages standing outside my door. He said "Hello! This is our room!" I said, "no it's not. It's mine and I just checked in." He showed me the room card key folder and it did say 302, which was my room. The only reason why he couldn't open it is because I put the security lock on the door. The receptionist assigned them to another room. "

"Parking was easy & secure and the staff as the desk was great. However, the two elevators were not working. One was down completely & the other was very slow & customers were getting stuck. They recommended using the stairs. I have hip problems & walked down from the 4th floor so I would not have to worry about missing or being late to a wedding. Manager was not around when we attempted to discuss the matter. Very unfortunate & unsafe conditions. Would not stay there again. "

"Our room was very clean, the lady at the front desk went above and beyond for me and they need more people like her! Breakfast was good and we enjoyed having access to hot tea and coffee all day. The pool was unfortunately cold and the bottom looks like it could use some extra cleaning. The elevator was a little scary but nothing we couldn’t deal with . For the price I feel some upgrades would be in order. The keys weren’t working and even though the staff was awesome in accommodating us. There was one staff member who wasn’t very nice when asked to open the gym for us two times and she rolled her eyes at a man who just wanted to enter the lobby at 11 pm ."

"The room was dirty. I don’t think the floors had been cleaned in a while. There was no staff in the hotel after 8pm for the night. It felt totally unsafe. I would definitely Never stay there again. "
