Convenient location,Clean and served its purpose. The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the bedding was odd however housekeeping seemed to be overwhelmed due to the events taking place in the surrounding areas(Sold out rooms). Overall enjoyed our stay, would consider staying again!

The elevator that would have made it easier to get to our room was out of order. They had the doors open with a trashcan in front of it and it isn’t look good. The side door to get into the hotel was unlocked, even at night. The room was fine. Small but clean. For what you pay though, the property could have been much better maintained.

It was helpful to have the FDIC Shuttle schedule on display, however there was no a indication as to where the shuttle was picking up. The Bartender service in the main bar was frankly inadequate, multiple times I waited more than ten minutes standing at the bar for a drink and did not receive any service, at one point the bar tender left the bar for a least 15-20 minutes leaving the bar unattended.

While the property was recently renovated. Everything is clean and beautiful. But in the rooms they put down throw rugs to use getting in and out of bed. These rugs ARE dangerous, because they slip and slide. Which I believe is going to eventually cause injury to someone. I almost fell getting out of bed. The rug shifted under me and I had to grab the bed to keep from hitting the floor.

Arrived on a very busy Saturday to many guests sitting in the lobby with luggage. We were told housekeeping would not release rooms until 4pm. We waited for 1.5 hours from check-in in a line that wrapped through the lobby and out the front doors of the hotel. When we finally got to the desk I was told my room with two queens would still be a while but they could give me a room with one king bed. We were already late for the event we were scheduled to attend so I had to take the downgrade. An okay hotel with a nice location, but due to the inconvenience and absolute horrible management of a very busy day I will only stay here as a last resort. Really, really disappointing. Avoid if possible especially if you have a time constraints that will not allow you to spend your entire evening waiting to check in.
