他の方のレビューにもフロント業務で悪い評価があったように、1/15の朝良くない担当者の日に泊まってしまったようです。前日にあったヨーグルト、ワッフルが用意されていず、伺いましたがご担当では無いそうで、冷たい態度で何もしてくれませんでした。前日には普通に出されていたメニューが翌日は食べられませんでした。細かい事ですがサービスは平均にして頂きたいです。」

「I booked a room here while in Houston on business. I stayed for 6 days and I have to say i was quite impressed! I booked this room on a budget and I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. I think they newly renovated the inside as it was pretty modern and the outside looks like it has a fresh paint job. I liked having a fridge and microwave too.
