Our home Sleeps 12 (10 in beds + a queen sized sofa bed) and includes a gourmet kitchen, rich wood floors, 4 separate dining areas, WiFi Internet, 4 flat screen TVs with Roku (to access YouTube Live TV and your own streaming services), 4 Sonos music zones, pillow top mattresses and many luxury amenities.
As you enter the drive, you are greeted by an expansive front porch with rocking chairs and a second floor balcony. Walk through the front door into the light filled Great-room, with a soaring 35 foot ceiling and a wall of windows providing a view of the grounds, including a large pergola covered patio, lush green lawn, and a heated Gunite pool. Sink into the comfortable, over-sized deep couches or the favored swivel rocker centered around the brick wood burning fireplace and 75" 4K flat screen TV.
Want to do your own thing? Turn the corner and enter the den, complete with window seat, 50" flat screen TV, PS5 game system, queen sleeper sofa, and a full bath. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a 6 burner Viking range, Sub Zero fridge, 2 sinks and Island with seating. Just off the kitchen you will find a charming light filled sunroom with a slate tile floor and a round wood table (seats up to 6).
The downstairs bedroom wing provides both a queen bedroom with Cast Iron Bed (where you can watch your own 42" TV), a Jack and Jill bath with private toilet and a Twin bedroom with white bead board beds and a window seat. Both bedrooms have ample closet space!
Walk up the stairs and find yourself on the balcony seating area overlooking the Great room. Grab a book and cozy up with a friend in the oversized chairs, listen to music or step through the French doors onto the outdoor balcony.
The upstairs Master suite is spacious and includes a beautiful caned king bed and a 60" TV. Want some fresh air? Step outside onto the large Master balcony overlooking the back yard and share some private time, relaxing on the cushioned sofa. The Master bath includes marble counter top with two sinks, separate shower, separate toilet and a large Jacuzzi tub. No need to pack lightly as there is plenty of room in the Master his and her walk-in closets. Behind the door on the opposite upstairs wing are a queen bedroom (with white distressed Italian wood bed, window seat and walk in closet), a 2nd bedroom (with espresso wood twin beds overlooking the pool and grounds) and a shared a full bath.
Enjoy relaxing after a day at the beach on our pergola covered patio. Choose your favorite music from the Sonos sound system, dine at the large mahogany table sitting in comfortable wicker arm chairs or kick back on the cushioned couches with your feet up on the ottoman.
Hot? Cool off in the pool area which includes 5 teak chaise lounge chairs and three patio umbrellas. Grill up your fresh fish on our gas BBQ hooked to our home's ample propane supply.
