"I have stayed at Xanadu many times in the last 15 years. Although the hotel change ownership and the wonderful Chinese restaurant is no longer in operation, everything else remains well and good. Many staff came and gone in the 15 years, but the service standard remains excellent. Bed and bedroom are still larger than most hotels in London. And comfortable. I still get my hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. In the old days they provide Walker Scottish buttee biscuits. Now is English digestives. TV is now flat screen and much larger. A special thanks to the operations manager Ionela. A wonderful leader and manager who keeps everything tip top. Thanks also to staff like Kai who laughed a lot, George, Sang, etc. I wish i can remember their names. Such wonderful peoole. They are a real asset to the hotel. "

"Amazing and modern hotel. The restaurant is very good to eat at in the hotel. Very convenient for those staying for only a few days and needs a shuttle to the airport. "

"My first priority is cleanliness, & that gets a 10/10. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little flat. No food options in the hotel. Teas, coffee, water in room for free. There is a lovely pub a short few minutes walk away & 2 grocery markets. North Ealing tube station is about a 5 min. walk from hotel. This is the Piccadilly line which takes you directly to Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, etc. The staff are super friendly, and accomodating. My TV didn't work in my very small single room, so the lady on the desk that night upgraded me to another room, which was much larger. She even helped me move all my stuff that I had already unpacked. I neglected to ask her name, but she'll know who she is if she remembers the tired Canadian, who just wanted to veg out on her first night in England. Ealing Broadway has many shops, including M&S, and restaurants is about a 20 min walk from the hotel. I can't speak for parking as I didn't use a car. Ealing seems like a safe area, the hotel was great, and everyone I met was friendly and helpful."

"Staff are very courteous and efficient. They put our 2 rooms next to each other without me having to ask. Rooms were excellent, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and shower was very good. Close to tube station and other amenities. I fully recommend Park Plaza London Park Royal and will stay there again when I am in London."
