「The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. 「It’s worth the stay, staff are friendly, great midpoint for cross country travel. Breakfast was ample. Best way to start a long drive. I would book it again when in the area. And there is a hot tub too」

「I called twice about the TV not working and all we got answering machine. I preferred to talk to human beings and the parking lot was horrible there’s only 14 available and if you decided to leave it have dinner or to drive around town you will be parking a block away from the hotel. We hardly slept because you can hear the cars and the air conditioning was so loud. I will definitely never booked at the ARCADIA HOTEL in BOISI ever again.」

「First off, the staff were lovely and I have nothing bad to say....However, the property was rundown and felt sketchy. Walking down the hall I could smell pot and some other unidentified odors. The parking lot made me feel unsafe, especially in the back. I booked here because I thought there was ahot tub, but it turned out to be a lukewarm kiddy pool!
