「The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). 「The staff were lovely, the room was spacious and very clean. If I had to find fault all I could say would be that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak The food was really great, good buffet breakfast with freshly ground coffee. The evening meal was delicious, good choice for vegitarians. A walk to the ruined Bishops Palace next door was a great. Amazing riuns lota of the old building to explore. The Hotel is set waway from main roads etc and was very peacfull and quiet. 」

「A lovely hotel, very well thought out styling with everything you might want in our room. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the food was also very good. Its location on the side of the river is very picturesque, the car park is small but there is public parking nearby. 」

「Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place. 」
