Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room. Nice to have 2 types of pillow and book with ideas for what to do in the local area. Some of the reception spa staff were not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel (beautician was very helpful). 「Fine for my one night stay. A little bit dated but reasonably near to the town centre and with its own parking. Nice breakfast including vegan options. Very friendly staff. I can’t comment on the bar and restaurant as they were unavailable due to a large private party but the hotel warned me in advance and, at my request, suggested nearby places to eat one of which I used. 」

「On a Solo walking holiday through Tenby and needed somewhere on the Coast Path that included Breakfast. Was booked in by a very helpful Lady who told me all i needed to know re my stay. Other reviews have mentioned the decor as being tired and whilst i agree to a certain extent given the size of the building any major upgrades would be un economical to carry out without pushing up prices. So given its location with the breakfast room overlooking the beach and a decent nights sleep i was happy...

「I booked a single room which was cosy and the bed was very comfy. I had the best shower and a great sleep. Free easy to get to parking. Most staff were super lovely, I worked a night shift and was too tired to get up for breakfast on request they packed my breakfast for me which was such a sweet touch. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Room was comfortable & liked having a little sofa as well. Breakfast was lovely. Great Vegetarian sausage. The jacuzzi bath, not sure if it was working quite as it should. Surprised bar and restaurant closed on Sunday evening. Will be happy to stay here again. 」
