「Emily was extremely communicative, both in answering all my questions and responding quickly. She even got an air mattress for us as we needed one more something to sleep on. She knew we were having a problem with VRBO messing up our reservation, with short time for us to find a new location, and she went above and beyond to help us find our place. She was fantastic!」

「This property is fabulous! It’s a historic building, in a fantastic location, close to everything in downtown Durham. It’s also only a half mile away from Duke’s east campus. The third floor unit is very spacious. It overlooks a courtyard, so no nosy neighbors looking in though the massive windows. As they state in the description, it IS an old warehouse space with a loft feel, so some noise does travel through the hallways. However, we were never disturbed by ANY excessive noise. 「We were in Durham for a show at DPAC. Pros: Very convenient (walking distance). Secure building w/convenient parking. Easy check-in and good communication. Plenty of room w/good WiFi. Cons: The unit is scruffy - cabinets, counters, furnishings are showing their age and (for the price) could use to be updated. The unit had thick layers of dust on light fixtures & furnishings. We shared this w/the management company, who offered to clean while we were there but I didn't want all that dust loose in...
