Cons: The unit is scruffy - cabinets, counters, furnishings are showing their age and (for the price) could use to be updated. The unit had thick layers of dust on light fixtures & furnishings. We shared this w/the management company, who offered to clean while we were there but I didn't want all that dust loose in...
