「My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not...

「This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student」

「Any place in Durham to eat, buy or enjoy is literally within minutes whether you are interested in small business establishments or "chains" you are used to at home.」

「The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry 」

「This place was disgustingly dirty. We did not check in and went to a hotel. If they do not refund our money we will be taking them to small claims court. There were gray stains on the carpet. There were stains on the sheets. They were used Band-Aids. It stuck to the window blinds. There was a mold, smell coming from the HVAC and the smell of urine soap floor in the bathroom as if the toilet seal had failed.」
