「This property is fabulous! It’s a historic building, in a fantastic location, close to everything in downtown Durham. It’s also only a half mile away from Duke’s east campus. 「We were in Durham for a show at DPAC. Pros: Very convenient (walking distance). Secure building w/convenient parking. Easy check-in and good communication. Plenty of room w/good WiFi. Cons: The unit is scruffy - cabinets, counters, furnishings are showing their age and (for the price) could use to be updated. The unit had thick layers of dust on light fixtures & furnishings. We shared this w/the management company, who offered to clean while we were there but I didn't want all that dust loose in...
