Entrance between living room and kitchen missing threshold but carpeting tacks still present which surprised socked feet. Unit smelt musty with hint of urine upon first entering; we purchased multiple air freshners on our own to mask smell until we checked out. Multiple blinds torn. Unit very clean but shows wear/tear in walls/ceilings. Kitchen and bathroom...

「The sunroom converted to sleeping space was too cold to use (obviously not on the HVAC system., Luckily, we only needed two bedrooms. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms and the large updated kitchen was a huge plus. Only negative was that the place lacked any character or design and had a lack of furniture, specifically in bedrooms.」
