House was clean, mattress comfortable, nice appliances. We worked remotely during our stay, internet speed was good! Would definitely stay again."

"This a cute little duplex that was perfect for my stay near Duke university hospital. I was there for several weeks and had great communication with the host/owner. There were a few issues that got resolved immediately and even had a few extensions that were handled with ease. The neighborhood is a mix of incomes, generations, and ethnic backgrounds but i always felt safe and absolutley no trouble of any kind. It even has a small back yard if you want the space. One bedroom and no pull out sofa...
