「This is a nice, second-story apartment. Decent space for the price.」

「The sunroom converted to sleeping space was too cold to use (obviously not on the HVAC system., Luckily, we only needed two bedrooms. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms and the large updated kitchen was a huge plus. Only negative was that the place lacked any character or design and had a lack of furniture, specifically in bedrooms.」

「The loft was very clean and in a great location. The instructions to get into the unit were very clear as well as communication with the property manager. Everything went very smoothly and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Durham. 」

「This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

「This property needs to be removed from the list to be able to stay in. This property is a converted low income housing unit. Pretty much every piece of furniture in the house is falling apart. They are cockroaches everywhere The owner says that this is new to them. Absolutely a lie. They strategically have roach traps, hidden in places you wouldn’t think about looking. I am very disappointed about this stay and will definitely never ever stay there again. I feel like the property owner owes me...

「Sunny efficiency is in a grand home in a very cute Durham neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and West Campus. Emily was super welcoming and very responsive! We had a great stay!」

「My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners.」

「Great location for visiting son at Duke. Could walk to coffee & restaurants. Had everything we needed and was clean & comfortable. Only suggestion I have is to add a comforter to larger bed.」
