「This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student」

「We had trouble getting in--they had given us the wrong access code for the front door, so I had to call. The "coffee maker" is actually an electric kettle and you make your coffee with tea bag coffees. Be aware only stevia is provided, not sugar, so you may need to bring your own sweetener. They do have creamer. No bedding provided for the futon. For positives, the location is wonderful and the neighborhood is beautiful.」

「Management cancelled my stay because I couldn't email copies of my driver's license and credit card. I am a senior who is not tech savvy.」

「The place was perfect for running the Durham Marathon. We were in walking distance to the American Tobacco Company (start of race).」

「My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners.」

「The sunroom converted to sleeping space was too cold to use (obviously not on the HVAC system., Luckily, we only needed two bedrooms. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms and the large updated kitchen was a huge plus. Only negative was that the place lacked any character or design and had a lack of furniture, specifically in bedrooms.」
