Who wants to hear that. Told the front desk and apparantly we weren’t the only ones to complain. How is this ok? Dissapointed in our old faithful."

"Nice hotel for the price. Safe location not too far from Durham Chapel Hill border. Late night 2am Wendy's drive thru is nearby. Only real con: you need AC sometimes on Upper floors even when it's only low 60s outside. Also no apparent way to switch between AC and heat. It's either AC or nothing. They must control it from a central location."
