"I love this hotel you feel welcome here all the time the staff are amazing I gave them 10/10 starting from Andrew, Courtney front desk, Ofelia the lady from the kitchen is also a humble an amazing hard worker women,Pedro the driver, and Lourdes the housekeeper was awesome also but I like all them so I highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel comfortable"

"Secure parking. However, I should’ve known something was wrong when I noticed a lot before smelly cardboard from them storing furniture in the lobby or when I step into the elevator and saw a chipped panel. That should’ve been an indication. But instead I proceeded to the room and once I got there on immediately notice it smelled like cigarettes. Which says a lot coming from a cigarette smoker. The room just didn’t feel cleaned at all I pulled back the sheets I didn’t see any stains but the overall condition and cleanliness of the room didn’t sit well with me. There was trash behind the nightstand around the corners of the wall. There was a chip in the wall near the closet and the furniture was very motel esq. I didn’t even put my stuff down .we gathered our things went back to the lobby ,left the key on the desk , and left without actually staying in the room we paid for . I’m not usually bougie or too good to sleep somewhere but I just couldn’t comfortably lay down and relax in that room"

"Interesting, unique and tasty breakfast menu. Very friendly staff, especially the valet Parker. Rooms reasonably large and interestingly decorated. Huge, excellent bathroom."
